Product Orders

How do I place and order?

    Orders may be placed by phone, fax, regular mail, or by email. Use ONLY ONE of the above-mentioned means to place your order. This will avoid duplication and double shipments. (i.e. do not call in an order and then fax that same order the same day)

When are the telephone lines open?

    Our Staff is available to answer your calls Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time). You may also call and leave your order on our Voice Mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What information do I need when placing an order?

    By phone: Your name, telephone number, Distributor Number, the code numbers of items you wish to order, and your preferred form of payment and shipment.

    By fax/mail/email: The Blue Wonder™ Distributor Order Form filled out completely with alll of the above-mentioned information.

How do I pay for my order?

    Order payments are made by VISA and MasterCard, cheque or money order. In order to process an order paid by cheque, we must hold the cheque for 10 days to process, after we receive the cheque. Orders paid by money order can be processed the same day.


Troubleshooting

My customer is complaining of streaks when she uses the Blue Wonder™ cloth on her windows. What can I do?

    There are a couple of solutions.

    1. Ensure your customer has placed the cloth in hot water prior to use. This expands the fibers, enabling them to be truly effective.

    2. If the customer has used any common household window cleaner on their windows, it can take up to five good hot water washes to remove the residue which remains on the window.

    3. Ask them if they are washing newer windows? Our research has found that many of the new windows & mirrors come from the manufacturer with a protective coating for transportation on them. This coating must be removed. To do this they need to wash the problem area several times thoroughly with pressure. Once the coating is removed, the Blue Wonder™ cloth will work perfectly.

    4. The Blue Wonder cloth must be washed/rinsed thoroughly to prevent streaking. This is very important as the cloth picks up more dirt than a regular cloth does.

    If these suggestions do not satisfy your customer, we advise that you take the cloth and test it yourself. If you find that it leaves streaks, please contact us.

My mop frame flips when I wash windows. How can I avoid this problem?

    If you attach the Blue Wonder™ Special Large Cloth directly to the Velcro on the mop frame, it does not flip - however, the Velcro does snag the cloth. As a result, The Blue Wonder Corporation has equiped the mop frame with a Securipad. This will protect and secure your cloth, however, if there isn't sufficient water in the cloth, the mop may still flip.

    Wash your windows with plenty of water in your cloth. You may then wipe them down with your cloth dampened, using one stroke to absorb the excess water, then let them dry.


Shipping

How are orders shipped?

    Orders are shipped by Expedited Parcel through Canada post. The delivery time averages 1-3 business days in Western Canada, 2-7 business days in Eastern Canada. The delivery time to the US is 6-12 business day. The delivery times are based on shipping from major centre to major centre. All prices vary according to size, weight, and destination. Any Mop Systems ordered MUST be sent by Expedited Parcel. If you require a different service please inquire at the time of your order.

Who pays for shipping & handling (S&H)?

    The Blue Wonder Corporation pays S&H when orders exceed $300.00 wholesale product (excluding promotional supplies and taxes). If the order is under $300.00 the Distributor pays S&H. Distributors outside Canada and the US pay for shipping. Please contact us for details.

How long will it take to process my order?

    Orders take on average 48 hours to process.

What if I receive a wrong item in my package?

    Errors in shipping are not frequent, but do occur from time to time. If any item shipped is incorrect contact Customer Service at 1-888-821-2583 or info@bluewonder.net immediately and we will be happy to correct
