I love the Blue Wonder cloth! How can I get one?

Ask the person who introduced you to the cloth for the name of the person they purchased it from. Can I buy a cloth directly from The Blue Wonder™ Corporation?

We sell Blue Wonder through our distributors. If there is a distributor in your area, you have to purchase your product from them. If there are no distributors in your area, then you can order directly from us or you could become a Blue Wonder distributor yourself.

How do I become a Distributor?

To become a distributor you need to complete an application form and purchase a minimum of $220 in regular wholesale product (Special and Promotional products are excluded).

How do I pay for my order?

Order payments are made by VISA and MasterCard, cheque or money order. In order to process an order paid by cheque, we must hold the cheque for 10 days to process, after we receive the cheque.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped Expedited Post. The cost of shipping is calculated on the size, weight and destination. Alternate shipping methods are available. Please inquire when you place your order.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Orders take on average 48 hours to process and are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Once shipped, delivery time will depend upon your location. Delivery times average 1-3 business days in Western Canada and 3-7 business days in Eastern Canada.

I get streaks when I use the Blue Wonder™ cloth on my windows. What can I do?

There are a couple of solutions.

1. Make sure you have placed the cloth in hot water prior to use. This expands the fibers, enabling them to be truly effective.

2. If you have used any common household window cleaner on your windows, it can take up to five good hot water washes to remove the residue which remains on the window.

3. Are you washing newer windows? Our research has found that many of the new windows & mirrors come from the manufacturer with a protective coating for transporation on them. This coating must be removed. To do this you need to wash the problem area several times thoroughly with pressure. Once the coating is removed, the Blue Wonder™ cloth will work perfectly.

4.The Blue Wonder cloth must be washed/rinsed thoroughly to prevent streaking. This is very important as the cloth picks up more dirt than a regular cloth does.

My mop frame flips when I wash windows. How can I avoid this problem?

If you attach the Blue Wonder™ Special Large Cloth directly to the Velcro on the mop frame, it does not flip - however, the Velcro does snag the cloth. As a result, The Blue Wonder Corporation has equiped the mop frame with a Securipad. This will protect and secure your cloth, however, if there isn't sufficient water in the cloth, the mop may still flip.

Wash your windows with plenty of water in your cloth. You may then wipe them down with your cloth dampened, using one stroke to absorb the excess water, then let them dry.
